Welcome to Sweepstakes. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle your personal data to power our tournament sweepstakes fairly, securely, and transparently. We do not sell your data, display third-party advertisements, or track you across the web.
1. Third-Party Services We Use
To deliver our sweepstakes experience securely, we leverage the following third-party services:
- Google Firebase Services:
- Authentication: Securely processes account logins and credentials (including Google or Apple sign-in tokens). We never store your passwords.
- Database (Firestore) & Cloud Storage: Stores sweepstakes data, user profiles, assigned teams, scoring history, profile photos, and AI-generated stickers.
- Push Notifications (FCM): Stores device notification tokens to deliver match alerts, draw results, and leaderboard updates.
- Diagnostics (Crashlytics): Captures anonymous crash logs to help debug performance issues.
- In-App Purchases (RevenueCat): We use RevenueCat to process transaction status and validate receipts from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. RevenueCat does not receive or store your payment card details.
2. Artificial Intelligence, Avatar Generation & Audio Previews
Our app features AI-powered tools to enhance your sweepstakes experience:
- Sporting Alter Ego Generator (Google AI): If you use this feature, the text traits you enter and any photo you upload are sent securely to Google Gemini or Vertex AI models to generate a custom retro player name and portrait sticker. Your uploaded photo and traits are processed solely for this purpose, are not stored permanently by the AI service, and are not used to train public AI models.
- AI Match Audio Previews (ElevenLabs): We generate match previews using ElevenLabs' AI audio technology. No personal data (such as your name, email, or photo) is shared with ElevenLabs; previews are generated using anonymous fixture details.
3. Payment Processing
If you purchase credits or premium features, all transactions are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect, view, or retain your payment card details.
4. Telemetry & Analytics
We collect anonymous app usage data through Firebase Analytics to identify popular features and fix bugs. You can opt out of analytics collection at any time during onboarding or via your profile under Privacy Settings.
5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You retain full control over your account. At any time, you can:
- Opt In/Out of Telemetry: Change your preferences directly from your Profile menu.
- Delete Your Account: Initiate permanent account deletion under the Profile settings. This instantly purges your personal profile, email, authentication records, and storage assets from our database.
