Welcome to Competition Sweepstakes. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle your personal data to power our tournament sweepstakes fairly, securely, and transparently. We do not sell your data, display third-party advertisements, or track you across the web.
1. Third-Party Services We Use
To deliver our sweepstakes experience securely, we leverage Google Firebase services:
- Authentication: We use Firebase Authentication to secure your account. Credentials (including Google or Apple sign-in tokens) are processed securely by Google. We never store or handle your social platform passwords.
- Database (Firestore): All sweepstakes data, user profile setups, assigned teams, and scoring history are stored in Cloud Firestore.
- Cloud Storage: Profile photos and generated AI stickers are securely hosted in Cloud Storage buckets.
- Push Notifications (FCM): Device notification tokens are stored to send match notifications, draw results, and leaderboard updates. You can toggle this off in settings.
- Diagnostics (Crashlytics): Anonymized crash logs and system states are captured via Crashlytics to diagnose rendering or memory issues.
2. Artificial Intelligence & Avatar Generation
Our app features a Sporting Alter Ego Generator powered by Google AI models (such as the Gemini API / Google Cloud Vertex AI):
- Processing Input Data: If you use this feature, the text traits you write and any photo likeness you upload are sent securely to the AI model to generate your custom username and portrait sticker.
- Data Protection: Your uploaded photo and input traits are processed solely for generating these assets. They are not stored permanently by the AI service, nor are they used to train public AI models.
- Storage: The final generated alter ego name and avatar sticker are saved to your profile in Firestore and Firebase Storage.
3. Payment Processing
If you purchase credits or premium features, all transactions are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect, view, or retain your payment card details.
4. Telemetry & Analytics
We collect anonymous app usage data through Firebase Analytics to identify popular features and fix bugs. You can opt out of analytics collection at any time during onboarding or via your profile under Privacy Settings.
4. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You retain full control over your account. At any time, you can:
- Opt In/Out of Telemetry: Change your preferences directly from your Profile menu.
- Delete Your Account: Initiate permanent account deletion under the Profile settings. This instantly purges your personal profile, email, authentication records, and storage assets from our database.
